Choosing professional at home assembly option is an easy, stress-free way to get your new bed up quickly and efficiently.

What to expect:

• Clear communication: our partners will send you an email two days after ordering to confirm your delivery slot. A tracking link is also sent so you can check on the delivery status, plus there is a phone number available if you have any questions
• Pre-delivery Call:  Our partners will call you on the day when they are on their way to you and will need to confirm that the room is ready and parking is arranged.
• Professionally built furniture in your Room of Choice: our partners know how to build furniture efficiently, where you need it and to the highest standard. Bed safety is guaranteed.
• Leave no trace: as you can expect with any bed, there is a lot of packaging, to save you recycling trips we will remove all packaging when we leave.

 

How to prepare:

• Ensure the chosen room is clear as much as possible, the builders need approximately 30cm clearance around the bed to build effectively.
• Clear the path and/or stairs to the chosen room for our partners safety.
• Secure parking will be required for approximately 2 hours so please let our partners know in advance of any restrictions/parking issues on your street using the contact details given.
